He has considerable management experience in numerous areas of business. Over the past 20 years Paul has been actively developing a personal real estate portfolio including the management and maintenance of various single-family homes, duplexes and fourplexes, valued in the millions of dollars. As the leading principal in Property 8 Corp., Paul takes an active role in the locating of new properties, completing competitive and area/ neighbourhood analysis and negotiating and signing of contracts.
